Our meat birds are pasture raised on green grass and sunshine in a moveable chicken tractor that is moved daily to fresh grass. They are fed the best unmedicated quality organic feed we can find with no hormones, no antibiotics ever given. Processing day is a family event on the farm using our own hands and packaging is done completely ourselves. We make sure each bird is given tender loving care from the start to the finish. Once processed and bagged, our chickens are then put in a freezer instantly to remain as fresh as possible. Therefore your chicken will be frozen upon purchase.
